This course is approved through the Iowa Real Estate Commission and satisfies the requirements by the Iowa Real Estate Commission for your Iowa Real Estate license application.
 
Classes are held via Zoom with an approved Legacy Training Center Instructor.
Student must be able to maintain audio and visual contact with the instructor at all times

All three 12 Hour Classes are required to make application for your Iowa Real Estate License.
All three days of each course must be attended.

You will need to maintain audio and visual contact with the instructor throughout the entire course(s).
 
Your device MUST have camera, speakers, and microphone.
Students are expected to be an active participant. 
Conversations with others in the room, talking on your phone, working, driving, or other distracting activities may result in not receiving credit for the course.
