If you have considered being a real estate instructor or need to renew your instructor approval this is the class for you. This interactive course is approved through the Iowa Real Estate Commission and satisfies the requirement for Instructor Applications through your school of choice.

To receive credit students are expected to maintain audio and visual connection with the instructor for the duration of the class.
During each three year renewal period a course may be taken for credit only once.
A course may be repeated for credit only if the course numbers and instructors are different.

6 hours CE plus can be used to become an approved instructor for the school of your choice.
