The 60-hour pre-licensing course for aspiring real estate agents in Iowa is a comprehensive program designed to meet the state's educational requirements for licensure. This hybrid course offers the flexibility of attending sessions either in person or via Zoom.
The curriculum is structured to provide a thorough understanding of the real estate industry, preparing students for the real estate licensing exam and their future careers.
Upon successful completion of the 60-hour course, students will be eligible to take the Iowa Real Estate Salesperson Exam, taking a significant step toward obtaining their real estate license.
 
Payment plan will be offered for an extra $50 - $500 total 
Payment of $200 up front and $100/mo after that for 3 months.
 
 
A minimum of 8 Students is required.
