We have over 120 classes and several instructors approved by the Iowa Real Estate Commission who can work with your schedule and get you caught up so you can renew by December 31st. 
These courses are all LIVE (instructor will determine if they will be zoom or in-person).
 
Simply choose the number of hours* you need using the qty button and an instructor will reach out to you directly to work out a schedule. 

* Orders with more than 12 hours placed on 12/30 or 12/31 may not be possible. Email LegacyTrainingDirector@gmail.com to see what options are available to you. We recommend speaking to your broker, should you need to renew as inactive. 
*Our Ethics course is approved for your license renewal for the state of Iowa. It will not count toward your NAR membership - we will direct you in making sure your ethics status for NAR is complete.

Students attending on Zoom must have audio/visual contact with the instructor. 
Students are expected to be an active participant. 
Walking around, running errands, lengthy conversations on the phone while on camera, or other distracting activities may result in not receiving credit for the course.
A course may be repeated in a renewal period ONLY if the course number and instructor are different.
