This is a Live Session on Zoom and student must be able to maintain audio and visual contact with the instructor at all times.
This course is approved through the Iowa Real Estate Commission and satisfies the requirements by the Iowa Real Estate Commission State for your Iowa Real Estate license application.
Full Time Attendance is required.
Learn the basics of professionalism in real estate such as:
Independent contractor status and how to choose your best fit.
What is needed to be purposeful in business
Creating an effective database, calendar and business plan
The concepts, structure and Articles /Standards of Practice of NAR Code of Ethics
Do's and Don'ts of real estateInstructor will be Cherokee Render or an approved Legacy Training Center Instructor
24 Hours prior to class you will receive an email containing Zoom Link, Link to Materials, and Additional Information
You will need to maintain audio and visual contact with the instructor throughout the entire course(s). Your device MUST have camera, speakers, and microphone. You will need to be seated and on video for the entirety: not texting, talking on your phone, working, driving, etc.
